Fraudsters, scammers, cyber criminals, impersonators, and dishonest actors may use this or any other online platform to deceive, steal, manipulate, or defraud users. Nearest Deal is not liable for losses caused by fraud, cybercrime, phishing, social engineering, impersonation, fake listings, counterfeit goods, unauthorized access, payment abuse, or similar conduct by third parties.

4. No Transaction Guarantee

We do not guarantee that a transaction will be completed, that payment will be received, that goods will be delivered, that goods will match their description, or that users will behave lawfully or honestly. Any contract or arrangement formed between users is solely between those users.

Any amount charged by Nearest Deal is only for listing products or services, platform visibility, subscriptions, or providing contact information and related digital platform benefits. It is not a payment for the actual product or service shown in a listing. Buyers and sellers must manage all product or service payments directly with each other and offline from the platform.

Nearest Deal does not process, hold in escrow, protect, insure, underwrite, verify, or guarantee the offline payment for the listed product or service itself. Any payment between buyer and seller for the listed product or service is solely the responsibility of those users.

5. AI and Informational Tools

Any search aid, recommendation, ranking, alert, moderation, or AI-supported feature is provided for general informational assistance only. Such tools can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or wrong. They should not be relied on as financial, legal, safety, product, identity, pricing, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user directly to Nearest Deal for the specific digital feature giving rise to the claim.
